MERIDIAN MANAGEMENT SERVICE'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS
AGREEMENT SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT
ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL
MERIDIAN MANAGEMENT SERVICE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED FIVE
DOLLARS ($5.00). THIS LIMITATION IS MERIDIAN MANAGEMENT
SERVICE'S CUMULATIVE TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY
TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING
FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING
TO THIS AGREEMENT, THIS SITE, OR ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS
ACCESSIBLE ON OR FROM THIS SITE.
INDEMNITY
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR
BEHAVIOR WHILE ON THIS SITE AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD
MERIDIAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES,
AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS,
SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS,
DAMAGE, LIABILITY, COST OR EXPENSE OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING
ATTORNEYS' FEES) THAT WE MAY INCUR IN CONNECTION WITH A THIRD
PARTY CLAIM OR OTHERWISE, IN RELATION TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE
(INCLUDING POSTING OF ANY CONTENT) OR ACCESS TO THIS SITE, OR
YOUR VIOLATION OF EITHER THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE RIGHTS OF
ANY THIRD PARTY.

Meridian Management Services requires that you agree to follow
