Rewards Program Guidelines

 

Rewards Program:

  • A Candidate referral whereby you submit a candidate to Meridian Management for a specific position we currently have advertised on our View Available Positions Page.

  • A Company referral whereby you submit a Company Name and Hiring Authority name for a Candidate profile currently advertised on our View Candidates Page.

  • A Candidate you refer to us who does not specifically fit any Current Openings but you feel we might place them in the future. This type of referral is valid for 18 months from the date of submittal. No reward will be due for this type of submittal after 18 months has elapsed from the date of referral.

  • A Company you refer to us which has a current opening that you feel we may be able to fill.

 

Definition of a Qualified Referral:

  • If the referred Candidate is successfully placed and is already in our database but has not been:
        *Submitted by another party for the same specific search or profile
        *Contacted by one of our recruiters for this specific search

  • If the Candidate has marketable skills and experience within the printing/packaging or associated fields.

  • If the referred Position within a Company is successfully filled.

 

Partner Rewards Qualification:

  • Your referral is placed for the Search or Profile for which you submitted the referral

  • Your referral leads to the successful recruitment for a Current Opening within a referred Company.

  • Your referral stays at the position for 90 days

All information is held in strict confidence, your name will never be given as a reference.

Please ensure the following information is provided when using the form or e-mail to refer:

 

When referring a candidate

  1. Subject line MUST contain ‘Route to Rewards’ (Subject line should automatically fill)

  2. First and last name of  person being referred

  3. Title of person being referred and company currently employing this referral.

  4. Office and/or home phone number of referral

  5. MUST contain Job Search # or Candidate profile # for which you are submitting this referral.

  6. Your name and contact number.

 

When referring a company/position

  1. Subject line MUST contain ‘Route to Rewards’ (Subject line should automatically fill)

  2. Company name and position being referred.

  3. Name and contact information of the hiring authority.

  4. Your name and contact number.
