Qualifications/Requirements:
- Min. 3 years experience
- Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge of Canada Post mailing regulations
- Understanding of one to one marketing and variable data
- Troubleshooting and proactive problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills - Excel, Access, Data queries, reporting, Address Accuracy
- Expertise in digital programs including PDF files and native delivery formats such as Quark Xpress, InDesign
- Knowledge of web portal/ecommerce applications
- Superior attention to customer service and detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate success working in a team-oriented environment
- The ability to multi task is a must Manage external vendor relationships
