Rewards Program Guidelines

Rewards Program:

• A Candidate referral whereby you submit a candidate to Meridian Management for a specific position we currently have advertised on our View Available Positions Page.
  

• A Candidate you refer to us who does not specifically fit any Current Openings but you feel we might place them in the future. This candidate remains your referral. A Partner Reward will be paid out on initial placement of this candidate. One time referral payment only, if candidate leaves employment of a Meridian placement and is placed again by Meridian no further payout is provided.
  

• Company referral whereby you submit a Company Name and Hiring Authority for a position that is currently being filled by a company in which Meridian has not been engaged.

Definition of a Qualified Referral:

• If the Candidate has marketable skills and experience within the printing/packaging industry and:

  • the referred Candidate is not currently in our database
  • the referred Candidate has not been previously submitted by another party
  • the referred Candidate has not been previously contacted by Meridian
    
    

• If the Position within a Company is successfully filled by Meridian and:

  • the referred position is not currently being pursued by Meridian
  • the referred position has not been previously submitted by another party

 

Partner Rewards Qualification:

• Your referral leads to a successful placement by Meridian
• Your referral complies with the Definition of a Qualified Referral as stated above
• Your referral stays at the position for a minimum of 90 days

All information is held in strict confidence, your name will never be given as a reference.

When referring a candidate

• Subject line MUST contain ‘Route to Rewards’ (Subject line will fill automatically)
• First and last name of  person being referred
• Title of person being referred and company currently employing this referral.
• Office and/or home phone number of referral
• Job Search # for which you are submitting this referral.
• Your name and contact information.

 

When referring a company/position

• Subject line MUST contain ‘Route to Rewards’ (Subject line will fill automatically)
• Company name and position being referred.
• Name and contact information of the hiring authority.
• Your name and contact information
